The staff were excellent and friendly, resolving all problems. The newly refurbished rooms were comfortable with stunning views of the Pacific. The hotel had great facilities, including a lovely pool and restaurant with an amazing view. The secure gated car parking and easy access to rooms were a plus.
Nothing not to like.

nice view of the sea
The standard rooms are not up to standard. The desciption tells us that they are light and colorful, with fridge and so on. they are very dark, smelling, no fridge, the furniture and tapestry has not been renovated in 30 years.

This hotel is located near the sea, which offers breathtaking views down to the ocean. Although the nearby industrial area may be a bit noisy, the rooms are warm and cozy with ample space. the staff are friendly and understanding and work hard to accommodate your needs. there is a lovely dining room overlooking the sea, a nice pool, and secured parking for your car.
The menu is a bit limited with only a few options.

The location is splendid, the swimming pool very good and clean, the room cleaners thorough and polite
The breakfast was, without doubt, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. There was no real coffee, the rolls were not good, there was processed cheese and cheap salami, the milk, on one of the days that we were there, was sour, the juice oversweet, the jam cheap and unpleasant...and so on. Likewise the supper was mediochre - the fried fish overcooked. Furthermore, the staff were inattentive and impolite - for example they were reluctant to accept that the glass of house red wine tasted off. For long periods the dining room was without any staff supervision. We felt that the hotel had huge potential, but needed a lot of staff retraining - both in the hotel itself and in the kitchen.

We had a spacious and comfortable room with a magnificent view of the ocean. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the pool area was inviting. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch. The service at the restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious. We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like Zapallar and Isla de Cachagua. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
There were a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of in-room facilities like tea/coffee and a non-functional mini bar. The hot water and heating in our first room were not satisfactory, but the issue was resolved when we were moved to a different room.

We recently stayed in a hotel by the ocean for a few days. the buffet breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of options. the staff were friendly and very accommodating. There were many whale sightings which was a highlight of the trip.
Room for improvement with the quality of the food served in the restaurant for dinner.

During my stay, the hotel had excellent facilities with a stunning ocean view. I enjoyed spending time in the comfortable and stylish room with a spacious balcony. The pool and gardens were well-maintained, and the staff provided superb service. Additionally, I appreciated the breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of delicious options.
Nothing for me.

Great ocean view, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly service. The hotel is located in a nice town close to a beautiful beach. They offer a lovely New Year’s Eve dinner and a nice breakfast selection. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean view.
The facilities are dated and in need of renovation. The hotel lacks amenities such as a hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, and a functional minibar.
